CREATED UNIQUE, CALLED UNIQUE.

One of the wonders of God’s creation is that no two people have the same thumbprint. Out of billions of people who have lived and will ever live, each person carries a unique pattern on their thumb.

Have you wondered why?

No, it’s s not an accident. It is a reminder of the creativity and intentionality of God.

Just as every thumbprint is different, every life is different. We may share similar experiences, backgrounds, professions, or dreams, but there is something about each person who can not be duplicated. God did not create copies. He created originals.

Sadly, many people spend their lives comparing themselves with others. They wish they had someone else’s gifts, opportunities, influence, or journey. Yet comparison often blinds us to the unique purpose God has placed within us.

Your thumbprint quietly tells a different story. It speaks of individuality. It declares that you were designed with intention. It reminds you that your contribution to the world is meant to be distinct.

Just as no one can leave your thumbprint behind, no one can fully carry your assignment. Others may walk similar paths, but the specific purpose, impact, and calling God has entrusted to you belongs to you alone.

The beauty of creation is not found in sameness but in diversity.

The flowers in a garden are different. The stars in the sky differ in brightness. Every face is unique. Every voice is unique. Every thumbprint is unique.

Perhaps God left this mark on our hands as a daily reminder that we each have a place in His grand design.

So instead of wishing to be someone else, embrace who God created you to be. Discover your gifts. Fulfil your assignment. Leave the mark you were created to leave.

After all, if God made your thumbprint unlike any other, perhaps He intended your life to make a difference unlike any other as well.

A word for the young.

God has given you gifts, talents, and opportunities that are uniquely yours. Discover them, develop them, and use them well.

The goal is not to be the best copy of another person. It is to become the best version of who God created you to be.
