Last week, I wanted to make a video call with my team and video the call at the same time. So I needed 2 phones, one for the call and one for the video. I decided to use my daughter’s phone for the video and make the call with my phone.
While on call, I was watching myself on her phone and was shocked at how poor the camera resolution was. I had no choice but to continue the video. Soon after, her video stopped. It needed some settings, so I had to get another phone to continue, and the only option was my son’s phone. Alas, his camera resolution was worse. It looked dark, faint, and blurry. I managed to round up with it, and when I played the videos on both phones, I realized how the device we choose matters.
The 3 phones’ cameras (mine and theirs) were all Samsung phones but different makes and models. They gave entirely 3 different videos. If that call was a video-rated interview, I probably would have failed.
This is a clear demonstration that life presents different devices and the one we choose matters. A good device gives a good outcome and vice versa.
The device, in the context of this essay, could mean our friends, our career, our team, our partner, our education level, our circle, our contacts, our diets, and other conscious choices we make in life.
Dear young one, you have options to choose either the good or the bad device and whichever one you go for, will reflect on how you see yourself and how others see you.
A bad device will dim your light, blur your look, darken your path, and bring distractions to you. A good device is a smooth navigation to successful pathways. It will give you more reliable network productivity, more photo and video quality, better battery life, more storage capacity, and stronger social networks.
How good is your device?
The better the device, the clearer the vision. And the clearer the vision, the greater the productivity.
What device do you choose?
You are the device you choose and the choices you make. It is important to have thoughtful considerations while choosing your device, weigh potential outcomes, and make choices that align with your vision and your values.
In all, choose a device that will benefit your overall well-being!
