Colors are more powerful than we think. They play an exceptionally prominent role in our lives. They influence our thinking, inspire our decision-making, and impact our moods. Colors are so dynamic, there’s no refuting this truth!
Colors have such a substantial effect on our mind and body, and it is important that we make peace with this reality. Color psychology teaches us that much of human behavior is dictated by color. The more knowledge we acquire, the more informed we become to understand the elaborateness of color and their effects in our lives.
Taking an instance from experience, I became attracted to royal blue color because there’s this feeling of distinction, nobility and eminence it gives me whenever I wear it. Consciously or unconsciously, It became my choicest colour in outfit, costumes and decorations. I gradually yielded to the feeling it gives me even as I know that it is a masculine color.
RoyalQuest Schools became an up shot of this fascinating habituation. From the school building, to the uniform, the interiors and the facilities are all blue dominated. Our Quest for royalty starts with our looks and our school Motto, ‘a learned mind is our RoyalQuest’ literally means that we seek royalty through the best academic pursuit and my royal appearance. The school is a royal home and we create the ambience of royalty that blue gives to achieve that.
This week was our Color Week. From Monday to Friday we celebrated color Orange, Green, Pink, White and Blue. Below are the short significants of each of these colors.
ORANGE
Orange exudes warmth and joy and it is considered a fun color that provides emotional strength and enthusiasm. It is a youthful and energetic color.
GREEN
The color of harmony and health. It gives us hope, with promises of growth and prosperity. It signifies light, fertility, abundance and renewal.
PINK
The color of love and compassion. Pink is a feminine color. It is nurturing, playful and takes us back to our childhoods.
WHITE
The color of purity and innocence. White is a true balance of all colors and is associated with cleanliness, simplicity and perfection. It also promotes open-mindedness and self-reflection.
BLUE.
It is one of the 3 primary colors in the RYB color model theory as well as in the RGG (addictive) color model. It is the only primary color in our Color Week. It is the color of trust, loyalty and royalty. Blue has a calming and relaxing effect on our psyche, that gives us peace and makes us feel confident and secure. Blue is the world’s favourite color because it represents the sky and the seas. It is above us as the sky and it surrounds us as the seas. Isn’t color blue interesting?
Blue is the color of RoyalQuest Schools🥰
