Laments of a Dying Man.

Laments Of A Dying Man

Here I lie, a dying man
from a strange and hidden clan.
Who has spent his miserable life
with no better pair to call a wife.
I have acquired riches and wealth
at the expense of my very health.
Having no friends or even a kin,
I have over paid for my dear sin.
Its better to die this moment
than to live in this ugly torment.
For all the pains I did bear,
your ears will twerk when they hear.
This world of cruel fate
made me curse and hate.
And if I finally die,
In earth’s womb will I lie.
Deserted and alone.
Left to dry to my bone.
Call me a priest to hear my confessions
so as to make the necessary ritual and professions.
I crave for a renaissance
to correct this life of nuisance.
Gone are my deeds and glory.
Dear stranger, tell my story.
