Our Mission Statement
The RoyalQuest Schools is a private and well-committed institutional network of schools driven with the desire to provide high quality early learning and childcare in a safe, caring and inclusive environment. We work together with parents/carers to help our children thrive and go on to live happy ad fulfilling lives.
We operate on a non-discriminatory basis, according equal treatment and access to services without regard to race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry.
The mission of The RoyalQuest Schools is to provide an environment that is stimulating, nurturing and supportive to young children; where young children can discover that they are important and where learning can be fun. The school’s philosophy is to recognize and accept the uniqueness of each child; to create an initial school experience where children can comfortably and freely explore their environment to permit development in ways that are natural for every child. Our goal is to help your child develop a positive self-concept, while also preparing him/her for any further program he/she matriculates to.
How Do We Achieve This?
- We will recognize the unique timetable of the development of each child.
- We will be aware of age appropriate guidelines upon which to base our curriculum.
- We will recognize the young child’s need for a variety of appropriate “hands on” experiences that provide opportunities for creativity and exploration.
- We will endeavor to recognize the early signs of any physical, developmental and learning disabilities and provide prompt referral to appropriate professionals.
- We will endeavor to provide a sense of community and a support system for all families, especially for those who are separated from their own.
- We will endeavor to teach understanding and appreciation of the unique religious and ethnic background of each family by explaining, respecting and celebrating holidays such as Christmas, Independence Day, Eid al-Fitr, Easter etc.
- We will provide an environment that encourages positive experiences and successes and where boundaries are few, explicit and firm.
- Children of all racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds are welcomed and accepted. The staff and Director will be chosen for their teaching ability and demonstrated knowledge and skill with young children. Staff members will engage in continuing education, as that is our Royal Quest.
Our Vision
- To create a safe, happy and nurturing environment where everyone is made welcome.
- To provide the best possible learning experiences for every child following local and national guidelines.
- To respect and value the contribution of parents/carers to the life of the nursery, and to support them in their role as the child’s primary educator.
- To encourage our children to care for each other, for their community and for the environment.
- To promote a healthy lifestyle for children, families and staff.
- To develop strong links with our local community and to work in partnership with other organizations.
- To develop a caring, supportive attitude among staff and to encourage them to develop their knowledge and skills through professional development.
- To provide an accessible, flexible, affordable, quality service for all our families.

School Anthem
Come plug into our world,
a home for kids by God,
where learning is a hobby,
as we pray and play and study,
We strive to be the best,
and that is our royal quest.
By drive, by will and by guide,
in our training lies our pride.
We are the leaders of tomorrow,
so our guardians we must follow.
We strive to reach the crest,
cos a learned mind is our royal quest.
