This is how I jump and pass anything that tries to steal my peace.
Peace is so underrated.
Often, we chase productivity, approval, and success, at the expense of peace which js what our souls crave most..
We think peace comes after success, after the job is done, the bills are paid, the problems are solved. But the truth is, without peace, none of it holds together.
Peace isn’t just a feeling, it’s a foundation. It steadies our minds, softens our hearts, and helps us make wise decisions. Without it, stress leads, fear drives, and burnout follows.
Jesus said, Blessed are the peacemakers (Matthew 5:9), not the restless or the rushed. Even He often stepped away from the crowds to pray in quiet, to be refilled with peace before continuing His ministry.
Peace is what lets us love without jealousy, lead without pride, and build without breaking.
It’s not the reward, it’s the requirement.
Because without peace in our hearts, even our biggest achievements feel empty. But with it, even the smallest steps carry purpose.
Underrated? Absolutely.
Essential? More than ever.
Here’s for kids and teens.
Life can feel full of pressure, grades, friendships, family expectations, and figuring out who you are. Don’t wait until life is perfect to find peace.
Talk to God daily. Pause and breathe before reacting. Choose kindness over drama. Protect your peace like it’s treasure, because it really is.
