IT’S TIME TO FLIP THE SCRIPT.

Experience has taught me that self-care isn’t something to be taken lightly, that putting myself first isn’t a luxury but a necessity, that I deserve self-care and that I’m worthy of the same love I give to others.

SO I FLIPPED THE SCRIPT.

I started prioritising my needs. I began to honour myself, empower my conviction, embrace my peace, take care of my body, nurture my mind, enrich my soul, realign my thoughts, and show up for myself at my best.

To every parent and guardian who does such much for everyone around them but so little for themselves.

IT’S TIME TO FLIP THE SCRIPT.

The world constantly demands more, and compromising your well-being to satisfy every need of others is not worth it. As you take care of your children, family, work, and the responsibility of others remember to fill your cup as well.

Are you an overachiever that you forgot to take care of yourself?

Does self-care feel like an indulgence instead of a necessity?

Do you constantly remove yourself from the equation while you solve the problems of others?

Have you made sacrifices for others that drain you financially, emotionally, and psychologically?

FLIP THE SCRIPT.

Get into a routine, assess your needs, create a healthy living chart, focus on your dreams/goals, and create daily rituals that will improve your well-being.

Eat the food you desire, take the rest you need, wear the looks you want, go to places you love, and do the things that give you joy.

Self-neglect is a vile sin. Make self-love a sacred practice, a devotion, a radical and vital act that is so profound.

Putting yourself last will neither serve you nor anyone around you.
Remember, no one can take care of you better than you.

When you flip the script, you’ll realize that everything you ever wanted is on the other side.
